With book for someone else being a global setting there is an inability to specify certain users for being able to do this such as administrative assistants or floor admins. We would like to avoid setting them as admins with the system for other settings because that gives them privileges above what is necessary.

This would be best to configure under the User Management > Group Permissions > The following users have different permissions. Just add a check box column for booking for someone else. People listed there have the options to do some many other options close to this but not actually book for others.

Please consider this a usability issue and make it a priority.
