Enable all email templates to be changed within the web application
Please add an option to edit the “Desk Booking reminder” email template under the group administration in the application setup and create an option to edit all the notification email templates under the group administration.

Would be great if the bump reminder email had buttons to check in or release the desk instead of the url link to Condeco, would make it more user friendly and easier to book/release the space

Currently, some email templates (e.g. booking confirmation / cancellation) can be adjusted in the web application, while others (e.g. bump reminder / bump confirmation) can only be adjusted via ticket.
Also, both ways seem to support different default fields (e.g. "<bumptime>" is available for the bump reminder template, but not for the booking confirmation template).
It would be beneficial if a customer could change all templates by himself and if he would have access to all available default fields.

Yes, there is no reason why the booking mail and cancellation mail is editable by the admin, but the reminder and bump is not.
In advanced setup there is even a global email setup section which can be used to do so. -

I'd like to suggest for the Global Admins to have capability to manage desk bump reminder and bumped email templates and other templates like flexi. Thanks
