Is it possible for all allocated seats to be automatically be converted to hotdesk 1 day prior to needed date?

For example, Team A have 5 allocated seats (1 to 5) and all the hotdesk seats are already booked for Wednesday.
Looking at a schedule for Wednesday, I can see that seats 1, 2 & 3 is already booked while 4 & 5 is still free. I belong to Team B hence cannot book a seat.
But when I check on it again tomorrow (Tuesday – 1 day before Wednesday), can seats 4 & 5 (being free) automatically convert to hotdesk so anyone needing a seat can maximize these free seats?
