Desk Booking - Ability to have desks as 'Not Bookable'
We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are to be used as 'hot desks' only.

Similar to this user voice, we would the ability to block out desks on specific days of the week to accommodate ergonomic or medical requests. To ensure full utilization of all desks, these blocked desks should remain visible and bookable to other end users.
