How can we improve Condeco Enterprise Desk Booking?

Disable pinch to zoom on kiosks

Our kiosks are often left by users in a zoomed in state that makes them appear non-functional - this is easily solved just by zooming out. Could this be disabled somehow - either in Chrome or in the Kiosk web page?

    Hi John,

    There are two options to disable pinch to zoom, either:

    1. Disable pinch to zoom in Kiosk configuration settings

    Add the command --disable-pinch to the url in the config file e.g. chrome.exe --kiosk --incognito --disable-pinch

    2. Disable pinch zoom using the Chrome flags chrome://flags/#enable-pinch

    Navigate to the URL chrome://flags/#enable-pinch on the kiosk browser and disable the feature.

    Please contact Condeco Support for them to apply these changes to your devices
