Add the ability to block out desks on specific days of the week
Enhancement Request: Condeco Desk Booking System
Request: Local administrators need the ability to block out desks on specific days of the week to accommodate ergonomic or medical requests. To ensure full utilization of all desks, these blocked desks should remain visible and bookable to other end users.
End User Business Feedback Overview:
Current Issue: Some floors are experiencing a shortage of desks during peak days. The current system only allows for complete blocking or unblocking of desks, which is restrictive.
Proposed Solution: Implement a feature that allows desks to be blocked on specific days only. This would improve space utilization across the floor/campus by:
(1) Accommodating ergonomic/medical needs.
(2) Freeing up specific team desks on their homeworking days.
(3) Releasing desks during periods of leave.
