Attach ICS Calendar entry when booking from mobile app
When booking a desk from the mobile app it does not attach an ICS calendar entry to the confirmation email. But if you book via the website then you do get a calendar attachment. Please update the mobile app to attach ICS file in the email confirmation.

Map department via SCIM without having to manually create in Condeco
Department mapping via SCIM would be useful for organisation's where new / department changes occur often from a single source of truth.
Then being able to search by department will also allow it to be easy to find (e.g. IT - from the find a colleague)3 votes -
Allow for a communications channel for users
Have the ability for admins to send a message to all users of a specific location.
This would be really helpful if something changes that will prevent the users from either using the system, or changes to the office availability.3 votes -
Central Map view of floorplan
We have floorplans listed for our site.
But whenever a user goes into the floorplan, it distorts and is not centred?
Are we able to install a floorplan to the group so when it appears, it is centred?Another point to the floorplan, are we able to set 'favourite desks' so that when the user would like to book a desk they are taken to that location by default on the map? And if it's already booked, the next best alternative is shown, as opposed to always xx.001?

Booking setting to differentiate Personal & Business Use
We have a proposed functionality circumstance where we need to know if someone books for Personal Use or Business Funded use.
Our model of either the user can indicate they are booking, for example, a parking space for their own personal use or booking for a business cost.
Then be able to runs reports which we can compare and validate that booking information? Determining if the ones booking for a personal use can be tracked, and those coming in for a business specific purpose can book in Condeco for that purpose.

Slack Integration
Integrating the ability to book desks via Slack would greatly improve the user experience. We use the platform with variety of tools which provide an integration allowing us to have a one stop shop for a variety of tasks

Book personal desks via Microsoft Teams
Please add the functionality to book desks within Microsoft Teams.
Right now you are working at a Teams integration for meeting rooms but this would also highly improve the user experience for personal desk bookings when users can book their desks via MS Teams.

Meeting Space - Block weekends
I would like to be able to not include weekends as being able to be booked. Whether they show blocked or unavailable, we would like this for at least meeting spaces. Preferably done by group.

Advanced schedule for closing meetings spaces
We need to be able to close meeting spaces for multiple non-consecutive days. Currently you can only close for one period with consecutive days. Closing for multiple non-consecutive days allows for any maintenance closures, weekend closures, non-working days closures etc.

Make BSSID optional
Make the BSSID optional whenever the user is connecting the Desk Screen v3 to the network to make the screen allow to connect to other Access Points, should a specific Access Point drop connection and allow the desk screens to connect to another Access Point.

Easier process to obtain / print QR Codes
There needs to be a much easier means to obtain QR codes internally in the codeco portal per line item (Desk) that can be printed. There are way too many steps and needing to export things to excel and convert and all. All this should be eliminated. There should be a link per each line (Desk) in Condeco that can easily generate the QR code directly and print or export the image to print.

Morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) should be ticked both by default on Today's page
Many companies offer the option to book desks either in the morning, in the afternoon, or full day. Full day is by far the most used option. On the Today page, this should therefore be ticked by default already, saving one click for each booking. So AM and PM should both have a tick by default.

Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'.
Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

Only auto desk check-in should happen through Location service. Stop manual desk check-in functionality.
At present, user can check-in their desk from anywhere from Condeco web portal or from mobile app. User should not allow to do Desk Check-in manually through either mobile app or web portal.
Auto Desk check-in should only happen through mobile when user is around / near the desk. This will prevent user to perform desk check-in when they are not in office.

Set Booking Slots for Users via API
Customers are looking to manage the amount of times users can reserve a desk by adjusting booking slots value over API endpoints. This will allow customers to automatically manage how often their employees are in the office.

Enable all email templates to be changed within the web application
Currently, some email templates (e.g. booking confirmation / cancellation) can be adjusted in the web application, while others (e.g. bump reminder / bump confirmation) can only be adjusted via ticket.
Also, both ways seem to support different default fields (e.g. "<bumptime>" is available for the bump reminder template, but not for the booking confirmation template).
It would be beneficial if a customer could change all templates by himself and if he would have access to all available default fields.

Make external users not have to check into a desk
Is there a way to make it so external users do not require to check in to a desk?
As they are unlikely to have an ID card to badge in with or the APP installed?2 votes
