Add line manager approval to booking of desks.
When a person books a desk, the request is workflowed through the line manager to approve before being confirmed to the user in terms of the banks new ways of working and to enable removal of the access permits for all staff and facilitate security providing access to the building. Together with this, one would need to have a lead time for booking of desks of 24 hours - this should all be parameter driven.

Waitlist or queue for desks
It would be great if when an employee goes to reserve a desk, but there are none available for that day, they can add themselves to a waitlist to be notified if a cancellation happens or a space otherwise opens up.

Change timeout error message on 'Today' page
This is a follow-up to ticket 'ENSD-50725 : User seeing error on 'Today' page'. It was told to me by Condeco that an "error message" appears on the "Today" page if a user is on there too long and is timed out. On other pages, there is a "Resume" button after one is timed out. Can the error message on the "Today" page be replaced by the same "Resume" button?

Message if no desks available
'There are currently no available desks that match your specified search criteria.' - this message appears when there are no desk available. I'd like to request to have this message changed as user sometimes interpret this as an issue with the application.

Alert admins when a user disagrees to the self-certification conditions
Admins get an alert every time a user fails to self-certify - ie they have covid/covid symptoms and fail the self-certification

Parking place booking
We have signed up with Condeco Desk booking as we have less desks then we have employees. But we actually have even less parking places then desks.
To streamline the usage of parking places, we were thinking to use Condeco Desk booking for booking a desk as well as a parking place. The parking places are not fixed and should be "virtual"
At the moment I understand that it's not possible to book 2 places at the same time. For a short term solution, could this be made possible?
For a long term solution maybe Condeco can implement a Parking…

Closing a group of resources (desks) for a fixed day (or multiple) each week or month. E.g. a group of desks unavailable every Monday
To help with larger groups of desks required for leadership meetings. Can currently only close resources for a inclusive set of dates, not a fixed day every week/month

Book for Someone Else - Configurable for Delegates Only
Add an option to set the "Book for Someone Else" feature to be available only for designated delegates and not to all users to book for any other users. For example, a user can book for me only if I have added them as my delegate - similar to Meeting Room Booking. Thanks

Allow HTML on Welcome page message and self-certify popup.
We use our own self-certification forms hosted on O365. We require staff and visitors to self-certify prior to coming into the office by completing our form. It would be great if the welcome message on the today page would accept HTML (like the e-mail templates) so we can link to our form from there. Same for the self-certify popup on the mobile app. Would be great if people could click thru from the popup to our own form.
Would also be nice to use some own corporate branding like a logo on the Welcome / today page.9 votes -
Email template for mid-day reminder
We would like an email template that could be sent at a specific time to notify all users who booked a locker (personal space) that they need to vacate the space or remove their belongings from the locker.

Send cancellation email immediately when a zone/floor is closed.
Currently when a zone/floor/desk is closed - for any desk bookings for today - the 'cancellation' email is sent immediately, but for future bookings it is sent at midnight when the email job runs. This means that for any bookings for tomorrow, the user might already be on their way to, or even arrived at, the office before they see the email.
Can a change be made so that for bookings for today AND tomorrow (and maybe even all future bookings) - the cancellation email is sent immediately?

Enable more granular Active Directory synchronisation
I understand AD sync is only possible at the top level - i.e. all users will be synchronised.
As an organisation with head office users (who need desk booking) and branches ( who do not), it would be a huge benefit if we can specify groups to be synchronised.
I'm sure we are far from alone in having this requirement.

Ability to suggest a user's most-booked desk to save them from searching
Would be great if the software could recognise when a desk is booked by a person for over a number of times and it pops up as a first option to that person for them to book it (so they don't always have to look for their desk everytime they want to book)

Having the possibility for a user to request a desk with a text box to explain reason and an admin to approve/decline.

Allow customizations of Team assignments
We want to be able to customize the Team assignments, so that we can restrict teams to different weekly patterns, such as specific days of the week.
For example:
Team A : Can book only on Monday and Tuesday.
Team B : Can book only on Wednesday and Friday
Team C : Can book only on Friday and monday

book via floor map an option on initial login\Today screen
I believe it would be handy when a user initially logs into condeco web portal, the today screen\quick desk search which shows current bookings, that they can perform a quick search to make a booking but have the ability to see the floor maps and not just a list of resources from the selected group
