Fixed Desk being released when user changes their status
We assign fixed desks to workspaces such as offices that should only be used by one person while allowing others to find their location and status in the system. Currently fixed desks are being released to be reserved by others when the assigned user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely”. As we believe that this should be a functionality of a Flexi-Desk, I would like to request the trigger be removed so that when a fixed desk user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely that their desk is not be made available…

Visibility of open groups based on default country / region / location
Currently, open groups are visible to any Condeco user within a given tenant, regardless of their default country / region / location. This might lead to confusion, as e.g. German users don't necessarily need to see the open groups of USA or UK.
Instead, it would be great to have the possibility to restrict the visibility of an open group in a e.g. German location only to the users that have Germany set as their default country. This restriction could be extended until location level.
This way, you could provide groups that are accessible to a big number of users,…

Edit desk attributes from floor plan
We want to be able to change the desk attribute from the floor plan, e.g. if you right click the green dot, as a global admin it would be helpful to change the attribute from this page, rather than locating via all the navigation menus.

Advance schedule for opening / closing desks
An option to open/close desks at specific times in the future. Due to covid we have many closed floors. The current admin options are limited and require significant manual effort. There is a lot of admin burden in opening and then closing desks for certain periods.

Allow Individual Users to come into the office more than their Group's assigned quota
Able to change permissions so individual users can come into the office more than the quota set for their current Group.
Currently in Group Settings, you can allow for example 10 days PCM for a group to be in the office. When you want to change a user to be able to come into the office more than the 10 days PCM you cannot do this in user permissions, as the settings is weekly, and the 2 portals do not match. They should both be given the option to set up as days/weeks or months.1 vote -
Booking a desk for a colleague when health self-certification is enabled
the RTO build has this feature where in, when we enable the Self Certification on the Location, we will not be able to book desk for other users. we would like to be able to book for a colleague as they still will need to self certify and check in.

Book for someone else - more granular permission
With book for someone else being a global setting there is an inability to specify certain users for being able to do this such as administrative assistants or floor admins. We would like to avoid setting them as admins with the system for other settings because that gives them privileges above what is necessary.
This would be best to configure under the User Management > Group Permissions > The following users have different permissions. Just add a check box column for booking for someone else. People listed there have the options to do some many other options close to this…

Ability to release a desk any time
If the afternoon has started and you have reserved a desk and checked in, it is no longer possible to release it. We think it makes sense to be able to release a desk on an afternoon that has already started so that another user can book it afterwards. But currently, it is not possible.

Ability to see who has made a booking when a desk is booked on behalf of another person
People in my office are using this function when booking for guests. The problem is that the booking just says something like : John Smith. We don't know who has made the booking, who the person is and there's no mandatory fields like phone number or host. From a safety perspective not knowing who a random person is or who is responsible for them in the building is an issue.

Remove 'all days booked' warning when using 'all' button
When clicking the 'All' button for a day on the Find a desk page a warning is displayed that "You have reached the maximum number of days you can book for this week"
When clicking 'All' the user wishes to book all days so the warning is superfluous and an annoyance.

Ensure Desk Booking Floorplan Availability "Circles" work for colour-blindness
Reliance on colour alone for the “Available”, “Booked” and “Your Desk" availability ”circles" on the floorplans does not adequately support individuals with colour-blindness. Please can you add distinct symbols inside the circles for each to enable them to be distinguished without reliance on colour (i.e. use a symbol or shape as currently done for “Closed”, “Awaiting cleaning”, “Meets desk attributes” and “Allocated Desks”).

Provision the ability to allocate desks - flexible; to people for different days of the week rather than just for a date range for all 5 days.

Center desk floor pan
Have the personal space floor plan use more of the usable space so scrolling is not needed as much. In my case my office building is a backwards L so when you first log in all you see is white.

Maintain selection after viewing / editing a desk
After checking / editing a single desk, the view is reset and you have to drill down all over again. The selection should be kept so that the user can quickly move on to another resource in the same location.

Update French Translation for Check in period
Currently, the French translation for setting the check in time period on the Resource group configuration page says "pour le X minutes". The "le" is unnecessary and should be removed.

If the Today Page has to remain, can it display future bookings instead of only Today's bookings
The Today Page is a bit of a wasted extra click if you can only see "today". It would be more user friendly if it allowed you to see your other bookings and cancel or edit from that page, if the Today Page was the remain a permanent feature.

Why can unlimited personal spaces be booked if half-day is turned on?
When half-day booking is turned on, we think one should be limited to making one half-day booking in a.m., and one in p.m. Right now I am able to book unlimited personal spaces on a given day. If that was done intentionally, we would like to know what the rationale was.

Create the function to be able to drag a desk booking from one desk to another in the same way you can move room bookings

Availability: Change status to not working for multiple days
When changing multiple days in advance to the status not working as an end user, every day need to be changed individually (applies to web- and mobile app). It would be much easier for the end users to select mutiple days and set them to "not working", e.g. when going on annual leave.

Distinguish groups of desks on floor plans
It should be possible to distinguish between desks in different groups on floorplans. For example, "Private" and "Self-Managed" desks should be shown on the same floorplans with different legends.
