Bulk Update/Import new personal spaces
Being able to quickly update or import new desks with a CSV upload would save much time. The initial setup was done with a CSV upload so i dont see why this should not be made available to all Admin users.

Automatic check in on the day - make it deactivated even if check in period has started
At present, Automatic Check In occurs if a booking is made on the day if the check in period has started. However, if a user books on the day, get automatically checked in but doesn't turn up that desk gets wasted, because the user doesn't get bumped and it allows a user to cheat the system. Also, the text in the application set up says that "Bookings made after the check-in period ends are always checked in automatically, regardless of this setting" which is incorrect according to support. Find A Colleague - View where they are sitting without having a pop up message about not being able to book a desk on that floor
It is really confusing to our employees that a message pops up saying "You do not currently have access to book a personal space on this floor.." every time they click the View button on the Find A Colleague page. This message is not necessary until the user actually tries to book a desk in that area, which is later in the workflow. Closure Until Date when Closed from Floor Plan
When closing a desk from the floor plan view, it should ask for an until date, and not automatically set the until date to 2071.

Differentiate booked desks vs checked in on Find A Colleague page
It would be very helpful to see whether a user has checked in to their desk today vs whether they just have a desk booked for today on the Find A Colleague page. Currently the status says "In the Office" when the person has booked a desk and has not checked in yet.

Allow some users to book in advance of other users
Scenario:
The booking rule is all users can book a desk 2 weeks in advance.

Ability to Reserve over Slot Limit with Same-Day Bookings
A customer would like the ability to limit the amount of bookings that a user can create ahead of time. For example: 1 slot/week. (This is currently supported by the application) However the customer would like to make sure that any open space during the same day is made available to be reserved by individuals that may have reached their slot limit.

Restrict Bookings based on Vaccination Status
Idea is to restrict booking for unvaccinated, turning Desk Bookings into Managed Bookings (requiring approval from HR).
Scenario
- User makes a Desk Reservation
- System Identifies user has Vaccination Status set to "Unvaccinated" under their user profile, queues up reservation under awaiting approval
- HR pulls reports and accepts or rejects reservation based on conditions or documentation
- Ability for user to submit documentation required by HR via Booking Form (Sends email to HR)

Track Vaccination Status Under User Profile Settings. Enable a drop down under User Management > Overview named "Vaccination Status.
Option 1 - Vaccinated
Option 2 - UnvaccinatedIdea is to use the above status to restrict bookings.

Priority booking of desks
Is there, or can there be, a setting we can apply to a desk group where after a certain time desks become available to book by users who do not normally have access to that group?

Search for a colleague
If you look for a colleague and then click on “View” you usually end up on the building plan and can then book. If the area is already fully booked, you can unfortunately not see where the colleague is on the map.

Remove fixed workspaces from booking grid
This is in reference to closed ticket # ENSD-56673 : Suppress fixed workspaces on booking grid. If fixed workspaces are uploaded in Condeco, they appear on the Booking Grid and get mixed in with the bookable spaces. It is not necessary nor useful to see the fixed seating assignments in the Booking Grid. We want the Booking Grid to show only bookable spaces (including flexi if they have been released).

Personal spaces Home page
There are tabs for Fixed personal space and Upcoming bookings; Flexi personal spaces are populated under the Fixed personal space. This is confusing. Would be more clear if there were three tabs: Fixed personal spaces, Flexi personal spaces and Bookable personal spaces.

Booking a Room should also be available on the home page and not having to close the todays page to book the rooms.
I believe you should be able to book a meeting room on top of personal spaces on the todays page on the desktop.

Non Default Group can book further in advance then Primary group
Secondary(Non Default Group) can book further in advance then the Primary group.
We have an Employees group and a Directors group. Majority of our desks are setup in Employees group. Employees are allowed to book 2 weeks in advance and Directors should be allowed to book 5 weeks in advance.
With current setup this is not possible; "Advance Period (Days) in Non-Default group cannot be greater than in Primary group."

"Imperative" vs. "wishes" attributes selection when booking
When booking a desk with imperative attributes (Mac Only for example), it appears with a star only, not very visible, in all the bookable desks. Some other search attributes are plus, not must haves. If a product doesn't exits in a search engine, the reply should specify it, but suggest other answers. "We haven't find a desk matching ALL your criterias, but we can offer you this..."
