Send notification email reminders for personal space bookings
Send email reminders the night before a personal space reservation to remind users to utilize their reservation or release if they are no longer planning on going into the office - there is this capability already for meeting spaces

In the Group email settings, you can choose that an iCalendar event is sent to the user with a reminder that you can adjust. This way they get a reminder in Outlook about their upcoming desk booking.

Disable "Find a colleague" menu option
Recently the "Find a Colleague" menu option has appeared on the menu bar, the client is not using Personal Space bookings and would like this option to be hidden.

In our latest update which is released onto Evergreen this weekend, we have made many changes to the Find a Colleague page. Â You can now create a team of key colleagues and see when they are planned to be in the office on a weekly schedule. As a user's status doesn't necessarily rely on desk bookings, we feel that this feature is useful even for customers who only book meeting spaces through Condeco.

Track Vaccination Status Under User Profile Settings. Enable a drop down under User Management > Overview named "Vaccination Status.
Option 1 - Vaccinated
Option 2 - UnvaccinatedIdea is to use the above status to restrict bookings.
3 votesUnfortunately we are not able to store medical data within the application. You can manually restrict users from having access to groups of Personal Spaces and Meeting Spaces within the User Permissions of the application, but we cannot restrict on this basis.Â

Extend future bookings to a year
Shouldn't we be allowed to pick our allowed timeframe for future bookings? We plan out a year in most cases and would like to be able to book these items immediately rather than having to try to remember to do it 5 weeks before travel.
1 voteThis is a configuration set by your organization. Please reach out internally for changes to the advance periods of bookings.

Enabling the "window" seat for everyone
Who does not like to sit by the window, cast a glance outside, relax their eyes. We would like to have this opportunity for each of our employees. However, since we allow workplace booking for two weeks in advance, it's always the same fast employees who always book the identical best seats. So we would like to be able to limit the resources to a maximum number of bookings per week to really shift to a fully flexible workspace model.
