As a user, I would like to set an alternating status of either remote or in-office for both on-demand and future needs. On-demand would allow others to see my status (Active, Busy, etc.), location ((remote or office to include office location (Rockville, NY, etc.) and location by floor plan/seat when in office))
Ideally this would be automatic based on location/IP1 vote -

Would be good if a user could update another users working location status.
This is because the PA / secretary manages their boss's calendar etc.

Training videos and materials should be available for all of the language translation options that are available.
basic training videos and written materials should be available in all languages that are offered as translation in the system.

Booking a resource DURING weekends
We'd like to have the option to book a resource DURING the weekend for the working days of the next week, without allowing colleagues to book FOR the weekend itself.
Many times people forget to book a desk/parking on Friday and would need to book on Sat or Sun, so that they have a guaranteed space booked for Monday, next week.1 vote -
Open Hours - more flexibility to set.
The ability to set the open hours for each day rather than a blanket week would be beneficial. That was if sites opened different hours on different days it can be input into the system to accurately reflect it.

Search for colleague based on department for both meeting and personal spaces in the UI
In order to get more users to use the Condeco app, we want users to perform a search for their department colleagues.
Example workflow: A user logs into the app and performs a search by beginning and end date within the app to find
• a teammates bookings for meeting spaces
• a teammates bookings for personal spaces
• teammate should be tied to the department within Active Directory

Allow for forms login page to be displayed in a language other than English without needing users to login and change user profile first.

The ability to define business hours for Mon-Sun rather than a blanket approach would be beneficial.
Being able to define business hours daily instead of a blanket approach would be greatly beneficial. We have different opening hours for different days but the system does not allow us to define these which is causing issues.

Being able to add attendee details to meetings when booking via the mobile app would be beneficial as a lot of bookings are made via the mobile app and we require these details often for security and fire safety reasons.

Is it possible to have the notes section for the meeting available to see in the Booking Grid?
Would it be possible to have the notes section available to view or edit on the booking grid? Authorisers of the room and the requester could then use it as a notification or communication area to aid with meeting bookings etc.

Remove honorific "Miss" ("Fräulein in German translation) or make honorifics changable via global config
It would be nice if the honorific "Miss" was removed, as it seems antiquated in English and even has a derogatory touch in German ("Fräulein").
Another option would be to make the honorfics managebale in the global settings, so that each company can act individually.

After registration, only admins should be able to change contact email
In order to stop users from sending emails to a personal address, after initial registration, only admins should be able to change the contact email.

Accommodate shift working Condeco.
Dear Team, As we are moving back to normal (pre-COVID situation) we are having teams who are working in the early morning (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) and Afternoon Shifts (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm) and currently there is no provision in Condeco to accommodate these work hours. Kindly add this feature/functionality in Condeco.
