  1. O365 Outlook Addin (Smart Calendar) - Booking on behalf of others

    PA's or Executive secretaries normally manage their manager's calendars as part of their role. They are the one creating an meeting invite and booking a room.
    We would like to request to update the application where in if a PA or secretary book a room using the outlook addin on their manager's calendar, the booking should appear to both secretary who made the booking and to the manager's profile on the web portal under 'Your Bookings' section.
    By this, PA's or Secretaries still be able to manage the bookings they made for their managers properly, like adding catering or food…

  2. Support Portal Keychain

    More a user experience functionality.
    Whether when logging into the support portal a keychain or 'remember me' functionality can be implemented.
    As every comment made takes you to the page, but if not already logged in, you have to manually do it again rather then being keychained logged in.

  3. Enhance message prompt under Today page for Personal Space Booking

    Currently, it shows no personal space available if a resource is not available. But the message doesn't convey clearly whether it is due to the resource being booked, or whether it is due to the resource being closed for booking (e.g. if resource only opens up 2 weeks in advance for booking, then it should state that personal space is not open for booking instead of stating no personal space is available).

  5. Condeco Kiosk - Reordering of Resources

    Right now, the Condeco vendors on the backend can reorder resources for web application resources.
    However, are unable to reorder out of order resources on the Condeco Kiosk.

    So issues that come about from Condeco DCS file uploads, that mess up the order of resources cannot be rectified on the kiosk.

  6. Ability to set others' default in-office status to "Working in ____" based on default profile location

    My organization works across two buildings and is mostly full-time in the office. I work with my IT team to make sure that every staff member has the correct default location and floors set up so that they can book rooms in the appropriate building. As we are mostly full-time , I would love to be able to set everyone's status default to "working in [preset default building]" so they are not greeted by a "working remotely" message when they log in and do not have to change settings as often.

  8. Create Teams and search by teams rather than individuals only

    You can find a colleague (portal) or My Team (mobile app), only the mobile app allows you to save searches to "your team". It would be good to have the same functionality on the portal and allow searching for all, or some (by check box), of your team members

  9. State change alerts for those that you are predicating your future visit on

    o Should I base my attendence on another advance planning that suddenly changes, can I be made aware that a change has occurred so that I can reconsider or coordinate with that person. Potentially a “track this visit” check box that sends alerts out if and when that person changes the day’s schedule item.
    o The idea being that if I predicate my plans to come into an office upon someone else’s plans to do the same, I may want to know if they change their plans in the system if this happens after I have already made my plans…

    As a user, I would like to set an alternating status of either remote or in-office for both on-demand and future needs. On-demand would allow others to see my status (Active, Busy, etc.), location ((remote or office to include office location (Rockville, NY, etc.) and location by floor plan/seat when in office))
    Ideally this would be automatic based on location/IP

  14. Remove honorific "Miss" ("Fräulein in German translation) or make honorifics changable via global config

    It would be nice if the honorific "Miss" was removed, as it seems antiquated in English and even has a derogatory touch in German ("Fräulein").

    Another option would be to make the honorfics managebale in the global settings, so that each company can act individually.

  15. Booking a resource DURING weekends

    We'd like to have the option to book a resource DURING the weekend for the working days of the next week, without allowing colleagues to book FOR the weekend itself.
    Many times people forget to book a desk/parking on Friday and would need to book on Sat or Sun, so that they have a guaranteed space booked for Monday, next week.

  16. Open Hours - more flexibility to set.

    The ability to set the open hours for each day rather than a blanket week would be beneficial. That was if sites opened different hours on different days it can be input into the system to accurately reflect it.

    In order to get more users to use the Condeco app, we want users to perform a search for their department colleagues.

    Example workflow: A user logs into the app and performs a search by beginning and end date within the app to find
    • a teammates bookings for meeting spaces
    • a teammates bookings for personal spaces
    • teammate should be tied to the department within Active Directory
    • User books personal or meeting space accordingly

  18. Ability to add attendee details to meetings when booking via the mobile App.

    Being able to add attendee details to meetings when booking via the mobile app would be beneficial as a lot of bookings are made via the mobile app and we require these details often for security and fire safety reasons.
