Working Remotely section needs to have Updated option for "I AM AT DIFFERENT LOCATION"
Working Status which has been recently updated on the Condeco Application(Web & Mobile) has options to update there status under Working Remotely section. If user can see list of multiple locations under that it will be great one. Currently it just shows locations which are setup under Country hierarchy under "I AM AT DIFFERENT LOCATION". So for example if under UK there are two Locations you can only update other location to the other one which is reflecting. Allow users to book alternate rooms in Condeco Outlook calendar add-in
Currently, if you are not the meeting organizer you cannot book a meeting room using the Condeco Outlook add-in. Users should be able to book a room or an alternate room using Condeco even if they aren't the meeting organizer.

Centrally Deploy Condeco Add-in via XML manifest to prepopulate URL
The current process of centrally deploying the vanilla Condeco Office 365 app to Outlook requires the user to input their organisations Condeco service URL, receive a code by email then input the code. To remove these steps could Condeco not allow users to centrally deploy using a XML manifest which could be edited to prepopulate the organisations URL?
As an example of how this can be achieved, KnowBe4 offer this when allowing users to centrally deploy their Phish Alert Button Office 365 app. As per their guide at https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/208969608-Phish-Alert-Button-PAB-Product-Manual they offer a web-tool to let you generate the required XML…

Extend or manually enter the Default booking period
Default booking period to be extended or manually entered.
Currently we are restricted to setting the booking time period to 5, 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes, i would like to see this extended to 240 or better yet just let administrator enter the figure in manually, with no restrictions.

Simplify Condeco Room Finder / Office app first time use for end users
Condeco Room Finder Office app, first time setup shouldn't ask end users to input access code. It should work seamlessly on the click of a button. Also, it prompts users to enter the ‘provider URL’.

Duplicate Accounts
I think it would be a really good idea if Condeco could put in unique ID to stop duplicate accounts being created. Or give the ability to delete duplicate accounts.

Column size editing
To be able to change the width of columns on room bookings page - if all meetings are title -Catch up - with names it is very hard to distinguish which meeting requires attention.
