Working Status which has been recently updated on the Condeco Application(Web & Mobile) has options to update there status under Working Remotely section. If user can see list of multiple locations under that it will be great one. Currently it just shows locations which are setup under Country hierarchy under "I AM AT DIFFERENT LOCATION". So for example if under UK there are two Locations you can only update other location to the other one which is reflecting. As your profile has setup accordingly with COUNTRY it's taking the option only. But to do the change he may have to change the country option under his profile to again switch it to locations tagged under that COUNTRY field.
