  1. smart calendar should detect the administrator access of the organizer

    You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administraotr access.
    Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request. But as a moderator, he can book the room the same day.
    As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.

  2. Delegate Services confirmation

    Currently only the Outlook Calendar owner receives a services confirmation email. However the delegate receives all other emails to complete a booking but not the vital email to say a room is booked and catering services charges. Delegate CC'd is all that is required.

    Users are currently not receiving any booking confirmation or cancellation notifications when making bookings through the O365 Addin. Although the room is successfully booked and visible on the Condeco portal, no email confirming or canceling the booking is being received.

  4. Choose a single appointment with Condeco Outlook Add-In from a recurring meeting without an end date

    Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
    Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date.   5. Book Meetings on a Shared Calendar

    Ability for Condeco meetings to be booked to a shared calendar. Example, all members of marketing team have access to a shared calendar that all of them can edit and make changes on. The Conedeco addin currently does not allow Condeco meetings to be added to a shared calendar.

    When editing an existing meeting invite, condeco does not indicate if the room showing on the outlook add-in is actually still available. it does not flag if this room is already booked to prompt you to find a new room

  7. Possibility for admins to edit booking created in Outlook Add-In

    We miss the possibility for admins to edit details of a booking users have created with the M365 Outlook Add-In. At the moment, only the booking user is able to make changes.

  8. Smart Calendar - Display name

    Currently in outlook add-in (Smart Calendar) displays user's last name instead of user's first name or full name.
    In our exchange level, our display name saved in the format of Lastname, Firstname and i understand that Condeco add-in picks up and display the first part of the display name base from the exchange settings.
    I spoke with our exchange team and was advised that it is not possible for them to make this change due to dependencies.

  9. Fix exchange sync bugs in outlook add-in

    room is not able to sync if room is book under "location" button on outlook meeting.
    hope this bug can be fix as user behaviour is hard to control, but any missing room booking will cause a lot of business issue, thank you.

  10. Move 'Add services to my booking' button up to the beginning of the Outlook Message.

    We need the ability to update the Add Services to your booking email generated when users book using the Outlook Add-in. The Add Services to My Booking button should be placed at the top of the email message. We have over 150 catering items along with Equipment and AV Services and that current placement of the button requires the user to scroll to the bottom of the email message.   11. Admin notifications for bookings via Outlook

    For booking requests through Condeco, our reception always receives a notification as it is cc'd in the email templates. There are no templates for booking requests via Outlook, which is why our reception does not receive any notification of the booking requests.

    We ask you to introduce a function with which the admins will also automatically receive a notification for bookings via Outlook.

    Thank you for the opportunity to share our suggestions for improvement with you. We hope that the function will be implemented soon.

    We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
    We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.
    We also want the option to disable this email for some groups of rooms.

  13. Room Booking UI - Default zoom level - Allow user preferred zoom level to be saved

    The default zoom level within the Room Booking UI, can sometimes be too small for users who are vision impaired.

    This is especially apparent when using high resolution screens on smaller devices.

    Although ctrl + scroll is an ok work around to zoom in and out, the user has to continually do this for each subsequent booking, as the zoom state is not remembered.

    Allowing the zoom level to be stored as a user preference would be nice to see and helpful for users who serve as a PA, who need to process multiple bookings.

    On initial use of Add-in it is required to enter default URL and run through a verification process.
    Could these be pre-configured by our IT Teams via xml config file or similar?
    In the past we have identified that when introducing new technologies we should avoid setup steps wherever possible in order to get employee buy in

  16. Respect setup/cleandown times

    I recognize that Exchange doesn't recognize setup/cleandown times, but if the Condeco database respected them and appended the time in Condeco, then the room would be "in use" when other people tried to book it - I need equal functionality for Outlook users as web.

  17. Display rooms across all floors when amending room booking

    When you need to change the room for an existing booking you are only presented with rooms on the same floor as your original booking. To look for an alternate room on a different floor you first have to cancel the room booking, as the edit button is greyed out. Could the edit option be displayed at all times please?

  18. Enable SmartCalendar for M365 room resources

    Enable SmartCalendar to be working with M365 room resources. As we have multiple locations but not using Condeco explicitly at all locations we can not hide the M365 resources in Outlook. This would block cross location bookings for exchange users.

  20. breakout

    the condeco app or addon should be able to manage a selection of either one meeting room or multiple rooms booked during the same day and possibly same times but different durations. this is important in many cases of breakout rooms. we hae a boardroom which we book but we want to also have the option to book a number of smaller breakout rooms during the same time the main boardroom is booked. the boardroom can be booked from 9 to 3pm while the breakout rooms can be booked from 1 to 2 for example.
