Ability to swap two meeting rooms

We’re excited to introduce our new swap bookings feature. We know that when a grid gets full, it’s hard to move bookings about. With swap bookings, admins can swap the rooms of two bookings directly from the booking grid.
Ideal for:
*increasing utilisation by freeing-up gaps on the grid for others to book
*changing a booking into a larger room so that it can cater for more attendees
*switching bookings that now need equipment not available in their current room
