Ability to bulk transfer bookings from one requestor/host to another
If a user leaves the company and has 200 bookings, the administrator cannot open each booking one by one as it's a tedious task.
When someone leaves the company the meeting sits in their name, even if you change the requestor and host name their replacement cannot amend the booking.
We would like to be able to transfer the entire booking and responsibility of that booking to a different member of staff rather than reception and global admins picking up extra work.

Hi James,
My issue is with Room booking.
I am aware of the difference between host and requestor.If a paralegal or pa makes bookings for their fee earner or boss, the paralegal/pa remains the requestor/booked by. If they leave the firm, the meeting cannot be amended even if you change the requestor name to their replacement.

Hi all,
One of the things we are looking to better understand is what exactly do you want from ‘transfer bookings’.
Is it Desks bookings? Room Bookings? All bookings
Also, all bookings record the host/requestor/booked by.
Host is usually the name on the screen, and the person who has called for the meeting.
The requestor, is the person who wants to be notified if the room is available. For example, Executive Assistants do make a lot of booking requests where they are not the host.
Booked by is always the person who made the booking and cannot be edited. -

We're currently looking at improving the way users are administered in our product and this is something we're aiming to include.

Possibly as part of this, an option to delete all meeting bookings for one user? I.e. if they have left the organisation.

This can be undertaken with Condeco support if you have a SaaS service. We do this on a regular basis with support and they have a script to transfer the bookings, updating the booked by and requestor fields.
