We are happy to let you know that this has made it into the latest release of our Enterprise product (18 October). No update to your Condeco Outlook Add-in is required.

I agree with Adam. If a room is cancelled, it needs removed.

Rather than 'Room Cancelled' it would be better for the location to just be cleared.
