Booking Summary: Make it easier for admin/users to see what has been amended
Provider better information within the booking summary.
Under each update within the summary, provide information as to what has been amended during this update.
The booking summary form should show if an action was done through the web portal or the Outlook add-in. This would help us troubleshoot issues related to the Outlook add in
Overall it makes it much clearer for an admin to understand what has been added when, and whether we were aware of certain requirements before the most recent booking update.

commentedHi Team, This release is very critical for us and causing us bulk issues on daily basis which is creating a negative impression about the product. Please release this ASAP.

commentedIn addition, the booking summary (total costs) should be dispayed to user as a mandatory post, before final confirmation of the booking request by user.

commentedWe would like a kind of logfile, in which we can proove, who changed something in the bookingcrids or in the userdates or so on.

commentedSomewhere in the Booking Form, there should be a section to note what has been changed/amended

commentedAbsolutely needed and important. Amendment emails MUST show the user what has changed in the booking

commentedI think this would be an enormous improvement! Just a bit of a shame that it has taken so long for Condeco to move it to "under consideration"... Sandra

commentedOn the summary page it would be helpful to see all changes to meeting room bookings i.e. who in the team cancels any services

commentedThe summary of the entire booking process should clearly show what was caused by each change.
Not only: Booking marked as outstanding in the overview !!!
Here it must be clearly recognizable what the book has changed, in the best case marked in color.
e.g. Number of people, or seating or additional equipment, etc ...

commentedMy idea is to have the amendment email show exactly what has been changed on the booking. currently it seems to email the up-to-date details of a booking

commentedEmail for an amended booking should state what has changed. Users now receive an email that their booking has been amended but it does not highlight what changed. An example would be if there is a booking that includes 20 conference rooms in different locations and one of the Location Admins changes the conference room it is difficult for the Requestor/Host to figure out what has changed so they can update the meeting invite for attendees. We are not using the Outlook Add-in.

commentedOr can any amendments be highlighted on the Requests page as to what the amendment is or highlighted in the booking (other than the summary page) when it goes back to a Request after being amended
