An error occurred while saving the comment Else Hanfstaengl commentedEnter minimum booking time for rooms to prevent customers to book rooms for a shorter booking time. Otherwise company rules regarding the minimum booking time can not be ensured by the system and manual checks by the administartor are needed. Hence, manual effort is needed and customers are not aware of Company Booking Rules.

An error occurred while saving the comment Else Hanfstaengl commentedDue to the opening hours there is no staff available on weekends and holidays. Otherwise Bookings need to be manually adjusted or cancelled by staff. For the room managers the check is not possible and complicates the process unnecessarily.
It gives the customer a false impression that rooms are always bookable, which is not the case.

Display of total costs (sum) for users in the catering booking mask is not available. There is no total line of all costs (only per item) and the customer has no overview of the total amount of the ordered catering items. This leads to a lack of transparency for the customer.
