Recurring meetings - alternative rooms suggested should take into account equipment required
When booking a recurring meeting with equipment - if one of the recurrences cannot be accommodated because the room is already booked - the list of alternative rooms includes those where the equipment it not allowed. if the user selects that room (maybe not realising) the booking is still saved, the equipment is not added but the user is not given any warning that the equipment hasn't been booked for that recurrence.
For example, you can book a projector for Room 1 but not Room 2
User makes a recurring booking for Room 1 with a projector.
Condeco find the room is already booked for one of the dates and offers Room 2 among the alternatives
User selects Room 2 and saves the booking
There are no warnings that the booking for Room 2 doesn't include the projector.
This happens in Condeco Enterprise v3.4.26. I'm told this is by design and needs to be raised here.
Maybe a "equipment not available for the booking on etc...." type message is needed so the user is aware, or the alterantive rooms offered do not include those where the equipment can't be booked.

Hi Gary,
There was a release in November to improve the way this works.
If you are a Global Admin, you can go to Advanced Setup > Global Setup > Room Booking. The Filter alternative room suggestions by needs to be set to 'Service item'.
