Auto Block or Suspend meeting booking for users with multiple 'No Shows'
We would like a feature that we could set a limit on to block/suspend a user for X amount of days from booking appointments after they have X amount of no shows.
Currently we have a 20% of meeting No Shows shown in the dashboard. We would like to advise users that if they have X no shows in an Y day period, hey will be automatically suspended or blocked from booking meetings for Z days. (X, Y & Z is configurable to admins within the Connect portal).
This would promote a better respect behaviour to our meeting rooms and prevent users from reguarly not showing to meetings. Currentl;y, we would have to login, download the .CSV file, filter, sort, then manually delete/remove their booking permissions.
An updated dashboard where by you could drill into the stats within the browser without the need for the CSV file would also be beneficial.
Thanks.

Another work around this that the Global Admin can either suspend the users account so they can no longer use any part of Condeco or should you wish you just remove the users access to book certain rooms you can do so but amending their user access.
Log in to the web portal and down the left hand side you will a tab for 'Users'
Click on the tab and search the User who's access you wish to change.
Then you will need to select the Location (note: under locations will be various groups for some users)
Once you have selected the location please make sure you select the right group of rooms you wish to block the user booking.
to select this you must press the arrow to put the location and group to the box on the right.
once you have done this, 'tick box options' will appear. My recommendation is that you tick the box that is labelled 'Location Visible" this will allow the now blocked user to visually see the rooms but not be able to book them.
Don't forget to click save at the bottom once you have made your changes.
I hope this helps as a work around.

When users repeatedly do not show up to meetings - admins able to set auto blacklist scheme (rather than manually having to remove users booking rights and re-add them).
Similar incentive to Uber/Grab - allowed 2 cancellations a week then start getting charged etc...
Currently there is no way to incentivise the repeat offenders to behave.
