Reduce the time taken for meetings booked through Outlook to appear on the room booking screens
We find that our meetings take 4 minutes to appear on the room booking screens. We are booking directly from Outlook or Teams.
I have been advised this setting is configured in Exchanged and is known as 'TTL' and it is not recommended to reduce the time in this setting. If we do, it will cause issues with meetings not behaving as they should.
4 minutes is too long and users in that time period can walk up to the room booking screen and try to book another meeting if the organisers havent yet occupied the space. This is very annoying for users.
