How can we improve Condeco Enterprise Room Booking?

Floor plan on today page

The website opens on the today page but you can't view the floorplan when making a booking there. It would be useful to have the floorplan there in the same way as we do on the main booking screen.

    I explained Condeco to 3 users in my organization and all 3 asked why there's no Floorplan button on the Welcome page as they don't know the desk numbers. People feel more comfortable with maps so this button should be available at the welcome page.

    - Add a setting that allows a user to decide whether booked seats get bumped automatically if not checked in or not.

    - Put the floor plan on the front page and allow faster booking like this. I need to navigate 3-4 pages before I reach the floor plan to make my booking. The floor plan is all I care about when using this tool

    Make it easier to find the floorplan layout. I only ever seem able to find this accidentially, when it's actually the most useful / untuitive way of booking a desk.

    Upon landing on the dashboard page in order to book the personal space, it would be helpful if the floor plan was available making it easier & faster to view the desks available as well as their attributes.

    The current method is slow and not very intuitive:
    1. land on the dashboard page
    2. click the “Close Today page”
    3. land on then “masterpage”
    4. click Floor plan button – shows map of the floor with no information
    5. click on the “Click to Enlarge” button – shows available desks with their attributes i.e. number of screens.

    It would be nice if the floorplan view would be accessible more easy. Also I cant seem to get to that view for the current day when I already made a booking.
