Blind Manged Requests
When requesting a room the system does not give notification that there are no rooms available. Request is put straight to Waitlist.
Bookers are not notified at the time of booking that there are no rooms available, which is a concern especially around large rooms. As the request then comes through to the Waitlist it is not clear whether it is a new request or one that has previously been added by the Reservations team manually.

Due to the large number of historical requests, we are closing some suggested ideas so that we can focus on more recent and popular ones.
