booking different desks in a day
I have booked a hot desk for tomorrow but now need to book a quiet space for me to minute a meeting at 2pm. The system won't let me back in to look at spaces for tomorrow's date as it says i already have a personal space booked and has now greyed out this date. I was then told it grey's out if there are no spaces left available, however on looking on the floor plan i can see green dots over several desks so this cannot be the reason? How do i get around this please as i need to book a quiet space for an hour in the afternoon?
