Option to disable requestor email prompt
We use the Booking Request template to CC our Reception team, so they know to review a booking request that contains special instructions or catering. However, if a requestor clicks "No" to receiving an email notification, the reception team do not receive the notification.
I'd like the option to disable this prompt, so emails are generated regardless. This already happens for cancellations etc, so why not for the original request?

Due to the large number of historical requests, we are closing some suggested ideas so that we can focus on more recent and popular ones. This item was closed because it was over two years old and had only one vote.
