Nominal changes to approved meeting should NOT set it back to 'Pending' status
Currently, if a user makes a nominal change (i.e. one that does not affect room availability, e.g. simple meeting title change), the request goes back to 'Pending' status and triggers e-mails as if it is a new request. The location admin then has to confirm it, which then triggers e-mails as if it was newly-confirmed. This is causing a lot of confusion to our users.
IDEA - The system should only change a confirmed request back to 'Pending' status if a fields that would affect a room's availability are changed. These would be:
-- Date (begin or end)
-- Time (begin or end)
-- Location
-- Number of attendees

Due to the large number of historical requests, we are closing some suggested ideas so that we can focus on more recent and popular ones. This item was closed because it was over two years old and had only one vote.
