Meeting Booking Acceptance & Exchange review need to be amended.
Ceondeoc accepts a meeting booking where available in the system issuing a conformation. Then, checks the exchange with outlook (or other) and issues a cancelation if there is another non synced booking or hidden reoccurrence.
Condeco system should check this prior to sending the acceptance to prevent confusion for host & attendees.

This is frustrating for our employees when they receive conflicting information that is delayed & not clear to why there is a decline.
