"On Break" for Staff
To comply to local fire rules, need to be able to list all employees in the building. Develop the On Break button for staff (similar to Visitors) avoiding for them to have to release their desk and book again after lunch break.

departments needed for booking
Hy together,
first I want to say. the system works fine, it was easy to book my place.
Can we add other groups to the role / departement , e.g. "project member". Currently I choose the departement "IT" to be able to book. But I work in Kösching at the CARIAD project.

Find out who is in the office
How can we print a quick report on who is scheduled to be in the office on a certain day? When there is an emergency in the office (ie fire drill) we need to know quickly who is in the office. Is there a way to do this?

Attendee names should appear on catering vendor dashboard report
We would find it very helpful if the attendee names appeared on the catering vendor dashboard report, along with whether they internal/external visitors, what company, and their e-mail.

Collapsible grid view to show only booked seats
Be able to collapse the grid view to show only booked seats.
We have lots of spaces and would be nice to see who is in on any given day.

Type of visitor entered on visitor form not properly proliferating to attendee type on meeting form
PROBLEM TO SOLVE - When a visitor request is made through the 'Advanced' form, and the 'Purpose of Visit' = 'Internal', and the visitor is attributed to a meeting, the visitor is correctly added to the meeting as an attendee, but is incorrectly marked as an 'External' attendee on the meeting request form. It should inherit the 'Purpose of Visit' value (or at least the pass type) from the visitor form.

Calendar/Outlook Add-in
There is a lot of wasted space under 'Desk Booking' - this could be utilised with a biweekly calendar populated with 2 colours (remote/in office); personally I prefer the visual aspect so would prefer this with the option to select and book rather than selecting the date which I don't usually know off by heart. There could also be an outlook add-in which automatically populates the calendar with an 'all day' event or 'London Desk Booking' which is what I would do manually anyway

Is it possible to see all people on a specific floor on a specific day?

Is there a way to request additional IT equipment when reserving a workspace?
A lot of visitors want additional equipment in addition to what is already provided at the workspace. Would like workflow to initiate that request and notify local IT while reserving the workspace.

On services, default to '.... (All items)' if no sub-categories exist
I originally submitted question ENSD-55996 about this, to which Condeco suggested to submit a user voice.
We have no sub-categories listed for equipment and supplies, so the only option in the first field on equipment and supplies is to choose 'Equipment (All items)' or 'Supplies (All items)'. Is there a way for the system to default it to that if there are no sub-categories? Alternatively, can it always default to the '...(All items)' option, even if there are sub-categories?

Marshalling a Group into proximity
If going to work in an office is touted as being "good for collaboration", then surely it is better for the persons in one particular group to work at desks close to each other. This has been normal practice to date, pre-COVID.
How can Condeco help marshal persons in any one particular group into a set of desks close to each other?1 vote -
Make booking ahead on desk & Parking calendar the same
Please can the desk calendar go ahead the same number of weeks as the parking bay calendar so that you can log in and book both at the same time? Would save time!

Incorrect Booking Confirmation Email
I made a booking for a desk in Canary Wharf however the email received as below is incorrect. The desk number is correct but the building name is stating10PSQ:

Is it possible to be able to check in after the event, i.e. where you forget on a Tuesday to check in and want to update the system on the Wednesday?
