Expand search criteria to include meetings rooms in YR8 and SC 12
At the moment, Condeco can only search for meetings room in YR and SC on different levels It would even more helpful if the search could include meeting/conference rooms located in YR on level 8 and SC on level 12. These rooms are not listed in the search criteria. Calling Helpdesk to ask them to book one for you defeats the purpose of having Condeco at all.

From Floorplan view I want to add by clicking several additional places for colleagues in batch. But it's not possible when I have an actual booking on that day already.

Meeting duration
Increase the standard meeting time to 30 minutes, rather than 15 minutes.

confirm desk from bump email reminder
Make checking into a desk possible without logging into the web-based system
i.e. have a big CONFIRM button that is clickable in the reminder email.
On a similar note, send the reminder earlier in the day, rather than at 10:51 for an 11:00 cut-off

Reoccurring Desks booking 2-3 weeks ahead
Would be easier for RTO Focal points to book desks for the team members 2 or 3 weeks ahead and make it reoccurring bookings. It would be helpful just in case if RTO focal point will be on leave or on sick leave.

Check-In Process
If a user has booked a desk for a certain day/period, the system should automatically submit a message on the respective day that the user has booked the desk and is now asked to check in, otherwise the booking will expire and the desk becomes available.

Overview of when you was in the Office - also for past months
Dear Condeco-Team, It would be great if you could also see the past months in the calendar, then you would have a reliable / error-free overview of when you were in the office and when you were in the home office. Currently you can only see the next 4 weeks and the history disappears.

Quickly switch floors
In the "Your bookings" section, when displaying the floor plan, there should be an option to change floor and quickly see the attendance on other floors.

Lockers for staff
Would love to see lockers assigned to each employee on every floor. Small ones would suffice. Enough to hold a coffee cup, etc. Laptop (in the event that you were booked into the office on 2 consecutive days). With no pedestal to store items in anymore, something like this would prove useful.
