Improvements
Have a default preference for a desk so that same desk can be booked to speed up the booking process subject to availability. Thanks.

Reoccurring Desks booking 2-3 weeks ahead
Would be easier for RTO Focal points to book desks for the team members 2 or 3 weeks ahead and make it reoccurring bookings. It would be helpful just in case if RTO focal point will be on leave or on sick leave.

Check-In Process
If a user has booked a desk for a certain day/period, the system should automatically submit a message on the respective day that the user has booked the desk and is now asked to check in, otherwise the booking will expire and the desk becomes available.

Free Space
Sobald wir wieder im Vollbetrieb sind, wäre es hilfreich wenn man eine Meldung erhält, dass es wieder freie Plätze gibt, wenn jemand einen frei gibt. Oder auch eine Übersicht wie viele Plätze auf dem entsprechenden Stockwerk noch frei sind. Gruss Stefan

Overview of when you was in the Office - also for past months
Dear Condeco-Team, It would be great if you could also see the past months in the calendar, then you would have a reliable / error-free overview of when you were in the office and when you were in the home office. Currently you can only see the next 4 weeks and the history disappears.

Booking Days:
it would be super if you can switch in the floor plan, between the days and thereby the floor plan just updates. so we can also see for which day we are actually planning a booking

Quickly switch floors
In the "Your bookings" section, when displaying the floor plan, there should be an option to change floor and quickly see the attendance on other floors.
This is actually doable by copy/pasting the URL displayed on hovering "Ground floor" and changing the floorID parameter, but that's definitely not convenient.2 votes -

Regular non working day
Allow users to set a day every week as a non-working day.
Allow users to see who is booked on desks so they know who in their team is working in the office.

Check In Process - Not user friendly
The "check-in" process is not user friendly. We should receive a reminder before being bumped and/or a QR code could be added to the desk for the check-in process.

Contacting other users within app
Is it possible for users to contact each other within the app?
Our implementation of the desk booking system will be used by a mixture of internal staff and external customers who may wish to contact each other, but do not have each others details.

Keep Users Logged In
Update the software so that it doesn't log a user out and stays logged in. It takes too long to refresh, log in and get back to what you're trying to do.

Blind Manged Requests
When requesting a room the system does not give notification that there are no rooms available. Request is put straight to Waitlist.
Bookers are not notified at the time of booking that there are no rooms available, which is a concern especially around large rooms. As the request then comes through to the Waitlist it is not clear whether it is a new request or one that has previously been added by the Reservations team manually.3 votes -

Notes in bookings and half day bookings
The ability to book a desk for a half day and the ability to add notes to your booking would be helpful. E.g you could note that you plan on being in during the second half of the day.

Receive a calendar entry that has a check in button to update Condeco
When I book a desk, I receive a calendar entry for 8am of the day of booking. On opening the entry when at my desk a check in button should be available that automatically checks me in and updates Condenco
