Keep Users Logged In
Update the software so that it doesn't log a user out and stays logged in. It takes too long to refresh, log in and get back to what you're trying to do.

Blind Manged Requests
When requesting a room the system does not give notification that there are no rooms available. Request is put straight to Waitlist.
Bookers are not notified at the time of booking that there are no rooms available, which is a concern especially around large rooms. As the request then comes through to the Waitlist it is not clear whether it is a new request or one that has previously been added by the Reservations team manually.3 votes -

Notes in bookings and half day bookings
The ability to book a desk for a half day and the ability to add notes to your booking would be helpful. E.g you could note that you plan on being in during the second half of the day.

Receive a calendar entry that has a check in button to update Condeco
When I book a desk, I receive a calendar entry for 8am of the day of booking. On opening the entry when at my desk a check in button should be available that automatically checks me in and updates Condenco

10 days in a week
Hello :) I found a bug: during reservation edit there is a small message above the calendar that states: "you used X out of 10 days of week". I don't know where is, but here in Poland we have 7 days in a week :D

Extending and editing bookings that have ended
Would be great if we could add details to bookings once they have been placed in progress. If a meeting ends and it hasn't finished, would be great if we could edit the times to extend it and place it back in progress

Advanced Meeting Check-in
The digital reservation boards outside of conference rooms need to allow the next meeting to "check in" before the previous meeting has concluded. Often I find that I cannot check in because there was a previous meeting still showing on the kiosk despite the room being vacant. It's difficult to remember to go back out and check-in at the exact meeting time when it shows up.

Booking confirmation to another mailaddress of my choice
Hello, I would like to add my private e-mail address to my profile. It would be helpful if I can decide to send the booking confirmation for my working place on my private mail as well in BCC.

Search CONDECO
1/ To search within CODECO a search facility that would allow this portal to be searchable and find what your looking for as an alternative. Not just a booking search.
As an example if I need to look for the section on car parking how do I search for that.

Use calender for quick search
In the quick search, it should be possible to select the date via a calendar. The listing of the days is confusing.

Hello First name
Hi!
Currently when I open the web page I'm greeted with Hello Surname, I think It would read much better as Hello First name if there are no current plans to get this changed in the near future.

Street name
Can you indicate the name of the street for each side of the floor plan. this would enable users to know what is quickest route to the desk/meeting site

Allow a link or download of bookings into a calendar app, such as Google Calendar.

Different methodology of booking and UI change
In regards to booking workspace, instead of having multiple links or even a long list of workspaces, I would suggest one link with the remainder of seats available. It could create less confusion to the users and they would know how many seats are remaining before booking a workspace

searching engine & unnecesary date time change
Hi Team,
the search option itself changes the date when I change floors in the given location. Let's say I have chosen floor no 4 and I am looking for a room for 14th July at 10:30 - 11:30, but when the room is missing &I change the floor, the system itself changes the date to today, and to a random time which can cause that you can make a mistake and there is a lot of unnecessary clicking because the date & time has to be set again for each floor.
