Can you indicate the name of the street for each side of the floor plan. this would enable users to know what is quickest route to the desk/meeting site

Allow a link or download of bookings into a calendar app, such as Google Calendar.

Different methodology of booking and UI change
In regards to booking workspace, instead of having multiple links or even a long list of workspaces, I would suggest one link with the remainder of seats available. It could create less confusion to the users and they would know how many seats are remaining before booking a workspace

searching engine & unnecesary date time change
Hi Team,
the search option itself changes the date when I change floors in the given location. Let's say I have chosen floor no 4 and I am looking for a room for 14th July at 10:30 - 11:30, but when the room is missing &I change the floor, the system itself changes the date to today, and to a random time which can cause that you can make a mistake and there is a lot of unnecessary clicking because the date & time has to be set again for each floor. Workspace type should re-filter based on selected location on 'Personal Spaces | Home' page
This is a follow-up from ticket 'ENSD-50492 : Change of workspace type makes resource no longer visible on map'. In our Miami office, all of our resources are in the same group, most have workspace type of 'Office', but a minority have a workspace type of 'Workstation'. When you use the 'Personal Spaces | Home' module and try to reserve in Miami, the 'Workstations' do not appear. Book only workdays, not weekdays
If you allow people to book 5 days in advance, it would be nice if these days are workdays, not weekdays. This way I'm not forced to think about work on my days off.

In the search for a colleague tab, we should be able to leave blank fields for names in order to see everyone who's going to be there at a given date

Room Booking Confirmation - Emails
Would be good if Service items where listed in a chronologic order by time. When amending and booking and adding a new service item the new item is then just added to the bottom of the list. Users like to see a chronological by time list so it is easier for them to check.

Nella conferma e-mail sarebbe utile sapere anche per QUANDO è stata prenotata la scrivania. Inoltre agevolerebbe anche avere uno storico delle prenotazioni nell'area personale.

Contact Tracing Logic Consideration Regarding Links By Meetings - Only Include If Checked In At Same Region
A common scenario in a multi country organisation is that users from completely different countries and/or regions will have meetings including local people (In their office) and remote people (In their 'other' office) connected by a Video Conference system such as Teams/Zoom.
When running a contact trace against someone in Region "X" it makes no sense to pickup someone working in Region "Y" and in larger meetings this can be entirely counter productive.
A change in logic would need to be applied to achieve this and hopefully some pseudo code and expected results makes this clearer.

instant booking via floorplan
when you click on a floor plan and it says that a desk is available, then you should get a pop-up window "do you want to book". If you go by what is available it is different to the floor plan. eg level 2 has 113 available on the floorplan but does not show in the drop down box. Thanks

Count
It would be great if we could see a count of how many people have booked a desk per floor. Especially because we are scaling up our RtO by x% at a time, its nice to have a total number so I don't have to count to see how much capacity there is.

Find ALL of my colleague's bookings
When looking for a colleague, it would be good if I could type their name and see all of their bookings by date.

Date visible and drop-down
When I’m looking at the floor plan it would be good to see the date at the top of the screen. Even better if the date was a drop-down, so I could quickly jump to a different date.

Historical Lookup
Add a historical search. If someone leaves something behind, like a charger, it would be nice to know who to return it to.
