Confusing pop-up message
Please change the message received by the users while two or more of them are trying to book a desk simultaneously. When the desk is booked by the fastest user, the others receive a message that sounds confusing, as it`s said that they already have a reservation for the same date, which is not true.

Time delay on direction email being sent once selected
It would be good if there could be a delay put on the direction email option on the attendees tab, so that instead of being instant when the option is selected (e.g. could be made 4 months in advance so possibly too early for info to be of use) it is sent 72 hour prior to the meeting date. This would make it less likely to get lost in a visitors inbox if received too far in advance of the meeting.

Booking a desk in Triton Square
For Location in London it is only showing Redhill and Ludgate and NOT Triton Square. I would like to book a desk for the day on Tuesday 27 April 9-4.30 please.

In these COVID time a summary report by location automatically generated shwoing totla number of bookings and who has "checked IN" sent automatically weekly or accessible real time is critical.. how can we get it!

Have a setting of prefer desk, so don't always have to choose desk each time making a booking

when booking a room, a map of the office would be good so you can see the location of the room then when you hover over it a link pops up to select.

It would be great to see how many % of the tables in an area are booked, or how many % of a division/department are present on a specific day. It would help with deciding if it's a good day to come to the office or not.
