  1. Make the "Add Services ..." email configurable

    When using the O365 plugin to book a managed room with services an email is sent to the user.
    Can this email layout and content be configurable?

    I find it inexplicable that this email should contain all services offered by the vendor even if they have not been configured for the room resource.

    in my organisation , each room is managed by a different user depending on the day of the week. so reservations for rooms are confirmed by a different user depending on the day of week.

  4. Booking Grid Permissions

    Despite the ability to hide your status in your profile, when the booking grid is enabled all users are visible. Booking grid should also reflect the user permissions if they have selected to be visible or not.

  6. Allow Booking Exceptions For Exchange Room Policy BookingWindowInDays

    Allow users to use either the Condeco Web Portal or Add-In to submit exceptions to bypass the Exchange room property BookingWindowInDays. In Exchange, users who are listed under RequestOutOfPolicy can submit exceptions. Can we do the same in Condeco?

  8. Personal space slot timing

    Usually the shift timings are:
    8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
    10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    But when I book for a personal space, I only have 2 options i.e. either select one of the checkbox ☑ or both of it. Usually our shifts are not always fall in AM or PM zone. It extends from AM to PM.

    Please incorporate a feature where we can select our shifts timing.

  9. Show End Date in Your Bookings

    In Your Bookings I can see the Start Date, Start Time and End Time.

    When the booking is set also for the next day, the specification of End Time without End Date leads to misunderstandings.

  10. Release rooms that have been booked and are not being used

    Can you set up the Group Administration Check in and Bump settings to require users to check in and then to release the booking if they have not checked in after 10 minutes. There are lots of rooms that remain unavailable for booking all day which are actually empty

  11. Check in - extend number of minutes

    Currently meeting panels can be set to cancel a booking if check-in isn't pressed. The maximum number of minutes is 59.

    If a user makes an all day booking we can't use the auto-cancel feature as it would cancel at 12:59am. We would like to cancel late morning, so at 660 minutes.

  12. General Improvement Ideas - clean down times / meeting room reminders

    Could we reduce the clean up / set up time between meetings? When it is extremely busy like it is today, it is impossible to get the slot you need. I think the purpose of it was a covid cleaning thing, but even if it was reduced to 7 mins before and 7 mins after, it gives a gap of 15 mins instead of 30. To get a meeting room for 12pm today, the meeting before has to be booked to finish by 11.30am. Can we also look to release the meeting rooms if they aren't checked in? So many…

    We must have the country as an option to be added when making booking requqtes, so when we add attendees' details (name, mobile, company name), we must have a field for Country!! we are working an international business, most of clients, customers and visitors come from different parts f the world

    When new employees are synchronised into the Condeco system, the Default Meeting Reminder in the profile of the new users should be set to a certain value automatically. This value should be able to be set via the general settings.

  19. "Smart" automatic updates result in wrong bookings

    Hi, is there a way to make all the "smart" things that Condeco does for me inactive??
    I have a meeting from 13.30 to 14.00 ... I want to make it 13.00 to 14.00 .. I change it to start at 13.00 ... and even if I don't touch the end date ... the system decides by itself to change the ending time to 13.30 ... and as a result of that I get the wrong booking.

  20. BOOK button alignment

    Get the Book option either before or after the meeting room so that it makes easy to see the meeting room number whilst we scroll towards right, currently it is difficult when the list of rooms are high and you need to move the screen to dead right of the screen
