Cost Code Validation
It would be ideal if the on the booking form General Page the user could validate a cost code after entering.
Currently the application only validates when the users hits book/request and close, so if they have entered a lot of chargeable items and find the code is rejected they are not very happy.2 votes -
send direction email checked by default
When the box “Send Direction Email” is not checked off by a host, the visitor does not get a visit confirmation email at all which means they do not complete the Visitor Registration Form. Can we please keep the box checked by default?

running a report
Running a report is important with all the bookings for catering and all the information. The report should be displayed on a PDF which could be printed for internal use (organising the catering-briefing, ordering etc)

Linked Rooms - Symbol on Booking Grid
It would be good if there was a symbol on the booking grid to indicate which rooms can be linked together.

Add Booking Space Features
It will great if tool show booking space features as well - on mouse over or somewhere in description. For example: If I want to book work station then I am looking for few details like whether this workstation has monitor or not, external keyboard and lock etc.
And there must be a feature to report any issue related to that work station or meeting room. For example - HDMI cable is not working.

Bug in Carpark booking messages
When a Car Park is booked, we get a confirmation email. When our booking is not checked in, it gets bumped out. An email is received saying "that the DESK you had booked for today was not checked into". Once the car park booking is made and checkedin properly, when we release the booking, we receive an email with a subject "Desk Release" with the content "your desk has been released back into general ...". This is a bit confusing. Emails of Car Park booking, bumping notification and Release notification should all be aligned with a mention of Car Park…

Ability to Sort by Columns in Bulk Upload for Connect
The bulk user import UI in connect does not allow sorting by the columns. This is helpful to see the files imported by date instead of searching through all of the "My uploads"

When I book a desk can Condeco ask me if I want a parking also, or visa versa
It would make for a better workflow if at the beginning of the booking process you get asked if you want to book:
Desk Only
Parking Only
Desk and Parking combined

Make selecting room setup more user friendly. User shouldn't have to go to Equipment tab in order to notify the vendor.
Users have to do 2 things in 2 different places in order to select room setup. Most users think that selecting room setup in the general tab is the end of the story and often forget that they need to go to the equipment tab so that the vendor will get notified. Omit the use of the Equipment tab, it is not intuitive and user friendly. Tie everything into the one step at the General tab.

An option of more chairs for a meeting room.
While booking a meeting room, we could have an option of requesting for more chairs then and there. It can be a chaos later.

Ability for users to see their past bookings
Currently users can view their current and future bookings, but are unable to review past bookings. It would be helpful for users to view past bookings.

Visitor booking
Can we remove the options for Peel or Fry for visitors? Apparently the front desk can't 'see' them unless it's 2MS so maybe just leave that as the only option?
