Allow users to opt out of the initial Today Page. I only ever use the site for specific tasks and don't need reminding that on 99% of the days, I have no reservations.

Booking table and parking places in one go
Hello,
I would like to suggest an improvement for reservation: book and parking place reservation in one attempt. For example: during book reservation it is also visible a checkbox input type for parking reservation (without having to make reservations twice separately for the desk and parking places).Regards,

Option to disable requestor email prompt
We use the Booking Request template to CC our Reception team, so they know to review a booking request that contains special instructions or catering. However, if a requestor clicks "No" to receiving an email notification, the reception team do not receive the notification.
I'd like the option to disable this prompt, so emails are generated regardless. This already happens for cancellations etc, so why not for the original request?

Hello, Its very frustrating that you can only book a desk up to end of the following week. I need to be able to plan and book more then a week in advance.

Hi Team, I tried to register my user email with yongxiang.lim@sg.fcm.travel but it showed invalid characters due to domain name with sg.fcm.travel. It was works in the past.

Direct access to floor plan and easy options for alternative days within that view
Please can we have an option to go directly to the floor view for a specific date, without having to search for a colleague first, and then easy ability to change days in that view. Also please can we view all seats for the whole floor, without having to switch between teams and "overflow", as it is very frustrating to not be able to see where everyone is simultaneously.
I also raised previously a request to not default to the "Today" screen every time the application is launched. Condeco is not Working
Your booking tool is not working, it shows I reached my maximum bookings.
That is not only wrong, it creates an uncertainty for my work.

Smart Calender Can't forward to Condeco meeting rooms.
Smart Calendar does not allow the forwarding of an existing meeting to a condeco room on behalf of the organizer, internal or external. Not being able to do this impacts on the ability of our colleagues to use our condeco meeting rooms to host hybrid meetings where for example the boardroom is used to host a Teams or Zoom meeting created by an external meeting organiser.

When you select Hove City Park - B1, you lose the ability on the grid to see how many can fit within a room.
However if you select Hove City Park - B2, you can see it...

booking different desks in a day
I have booked a hot desk for tomorrow but now need to book a quiet space for me to minute a meeting at 2pm. The system won't let me back in to look at spaces for tomorrow's date as it says i already have a personal space booked and has now greyed out this date. I was then told it grey's out if there are no spaces left available, however on looking on the floor plan i can see green dots over several desks so this cannot be the reason? How do i get around this please as i need…

abusive use of meeting rooms
Please block the use of meeting rooms for single person use. They are being abused and we can't use them for true meetings.
