Exchange sync service monitoring
Exchange sync is one of the most crucial functionalities for our implementation of Condeco. Last time this service stopped working, we have no idea until checking the Exchange room mapping settings, and it could have been down for a month at that point. Please provide a feature to notify admins when this feature is down, so that we can take actions in a timely manners

Totally agree with your overall reported concerns. This has been now a serious pain if you are already on Exchange synch you never know when the utilization of resources/Compute engine is high resulting in not processing your meetings problem. Now once you see users reporting or by chance when you see while performing test (where bi-directional flow is not working) it gives you knock that synch engine has stopped. There should be a embedded module itself on application which should cover this monitoring section. On one side when Exchange synch still being used by customers Condeco should work on this and provide something for admin to have a proper insight .
