  1. Highlight changes that were made in the booking modification emails

    When a vendor receives a booking modification email, they do not know what changes were made to the booking - if the change could be highlighted in the email it would make it possible for them to figure out what changed. This is an extremely important feature for our catering team.

  2. Characters number to be raised so that room names and setup appear at the same time

    If the room name and setup style is exceeding a certain limit of characters then the rest text will truncated and only be visible once cursor is hovered on it

    Please can the characters number be raised so that room names and setup appear at the same time?

    We use iPad's for the vendor screen and at the moment we cannot see setups. on

  3. Mobile app for the Vendor Portal

    I'd like to see Condeco add a mobile app for the Vendor Portal. We have may staff that must stay a ****** of ever-changing room reservations and service needs. Having a mobile app that was designed to display and allow interaction from a smartphone while in the field away from a PC would be very helpful.

    I realize the website can be accessed, but it can be challenging to navigate and use properly on a small phone screen. We find apps, when properly designed, just function better and would in this case benefit or mobile staff helping them to stay…

    We are looking at making the vendor dashboard responsive on a mobile or tablet. It will be a simplified UI and so not all functionality will be available in this view.

  4. Allow regular users to be Vendors

    Our IT and Catering staff are both users and vendors. They currently need to have multiple logins to perform all of their activities. Allow assigning a regular user to a vendor, then merge the vendor portal as a new section of the web app instead of its own separate one. That way a user can pick if they're booking a room or managing services.

  5. Floor plan for vendors to help with cleaning tasks

    For the Vendor view, to assist them in the cleaning, it will be great to give them access to the map in order to be more efficient and have a real smart cleaning application.
    A list a desk to be cleaned is clearly not enough.
    Thanks to take that into account in your next developpement.

  6. Ability to set a time frame in the day for a catering item. E.g. Continental Breakfast available from 8am-11am

    Currently you can only set dates for when an item is available, it would be great if you can set a time for certain items as we would rather not have breakfast offered for the whole day.

    Example:
    Our catering hours are only from 09:00-17:00 however rooms can be booked outside of this time. There is currently no way of locking this down and therefore currently users can order catering outside of this time which can lead to issues.

    Additionally, particular items such as breakfast should only be available for certain hours.

  7. Vendor User Permissions

    At the moment we are having to give Vendors Location Administrator rights so they can update bookings.
    It would be good if there was a vendor level in the user permissions so that they are restricted to being only able to update facilities for which service group they belong (IE catering can only update catering items nothing else)

    We are also having to give Vendors location admin permissions for other locations as when a booking is connected they need this level of access so they can update their home location booking.
    The issue here is other locations do not want…

  8. Vendors are logged out too fast

    Vendors are logged out too fast, and when an iPad is displayed in a common area like a kitchen for instance, the user (Chef) may not always be around to refresh and re-login. There should be the possibility of determining up to an 8-hour period of time before logging out vendors.

  9. Vendors should be able to reject a catering request and provide feedback to the user as to why it was rejected

    Currently, if a vended item is not available or if the request from the user cannot be met, the vendor must contact the user directly to cancel the item.

    Vendors should be able to reject a catering request and provide direct feedback (through an email) to the user as to why it was rejected.

  10. Add the option to exclude Saturdays and Sundays for catering

    Excluding Saturdays and Sundays when catering items.

    All catering needs to be requested 24 hours in advance.The system thinks the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are working days, so if you want to request catering for Monday, this can be done until Sunday morning instead of Friday morning. Is it possible to change it in the system

  12. Give vendor the ability to refuse a catering booking

    When the vendor receives a new booking, he can only take charge of it (accept, on its way ...), but he can't refuse it (for exemple if the informations are wrong, if an article is temporary unavailable ...).
    Currently the administrators can refuse the booking of a room with an explanation sent by email. Can we do the same thing for catering ?

  13. Vendor Dashboard Status Reset

    It would be good to allow the vendor manager to reset or go back a step to change the status of items on the dashboard
    Sometimes the vendor has made an error and changed the status of the wrong room ie delivered and then can't change back to in-progress etc.

    we have an option to put a vendor as inactive when the user as left the business. an option to delete that vendor would be great

  15. Vendor Dashboard - Cancelled Items

    Cancelled bookings items come through on the dashboard as cancelled which has to be accepted.
    It would be good if there could also be a pop-up message to alert the vendor on the main booking grid that there is cancelled service item on the dashboard.

  16. Import allergens and article master data from external system

    Import of allergens and article master data from external system. Allergen labeling is a legal obligation. Extra field for allergen identification for customer transparency.
    Otherwise, the correctness of the allergen identification must always be checked manually and changes to the product must be updated manually by administrators and is connected with a huge amount of effort. Articles must also all be created manually. The accuracy of the data is therefore not 100% guaranteed, which is a no go for customer transparency. Condeco is therefore currently not covering legal obligations.

  17. Desks which are bumped should not trigger a cleaning workflow

    Currently, if a Flexible desk has the cleaning vendor assigned, it is bumped straight into "Awaiting Cleaning" if . This should change to "Available" as the desk has clearly not been used, it is pointless that is changes to "Awaiting Cleaning"

  18. Vendor Dashboard - Status Changes in Groups

    Currently a vendor can change the status of new requested to accepted for a group of requests rather than having to update each request individually.
    It would be good if the other stages of requests could be **** in groups rather than having to update individually, especially collected.

  19. Notes on Jobs on Dashboard

    When a vendor has a job with a note attached they have to click and open the job to see the note.
    It would be good if the vendor could also hover on the job and have a quick view of the note.
