Ability for standard users to upload a list of attendees by CSV/Excel file
When you have an event/meeting with a lot of visitors, you currently have to add them manually. This can be very annoying if you have an event with over 30 visitors.
Only admin can upload a list of users and they cannot possibly do this for every user request so they ask us to do it manually.
We need a better way to import them into a meeting instead of manually typing them in which is very time-consuming at the moment

It is more appropriate for the users to upload the list of visitors because the visitors are their and therefore, they are responsible for them. I find it unusual that uploading of visitors is being given to the administrator.

It's a requirement for us, that users have the oppurtinity to upload a list of visitors into condeco Enterprise. Users have no admin roles. Users must not see visitors of other employees. The only exception is a named delegate (secretary).
All visitors have to pass the security desk. And the security takes the Information from condeco.

I think this function would be useful to be able to provide to a user without having to give them 'Location Admin' permissions.

This is possible at the moment in Condeco, as long as it is done by an administrator (such as a Location Admin or above).
Do the following:
1. Navigate to the visitor module
2. Click on Visitors
3. Click on New Visitor
4. When this window opens, there is an option called Import Visitors.
5. This function allows you to download a template, complete and upload to import your visitors into a particular location. You can flag them as externals, so as to generate a visitors pass (if required) and assign them to a host within the business. We have used this for large events in our business and it's especially useful.
Note: This is in Enterprise 3.3.2 (other Enterprise versions may vary).
