Make meeting title and visitor company name visible within visitor management page
Please make meeting titles and visitor company name visible on the visitor management page so that reception teams can easily see all information in one place without having to resort to running several individual reports each day.

Can the Visitor Number also be included on the Visitor Management Page.
We'd like to mark a pass as returned, without having to look into each booking to see who the pass was allocated to. It is not always possible to ask visitors their name on departure. -

Ironically this exists (Visitor Company) in the visitors table in the database, so should be quite easy to surface on the Visitors Management Page. Meeting Title already exists, but not company name.
Another entry which would be good here would be the Meeting Type (such as External or Internal or any custom versions you have configured).

I completely agree. It is vital to make the company name field mandatory for bookers to fill in and for the company information to then be visible on the dashboard visitor management.

Often you do not know the name of the visitor since there are so many craftsman where you just know the company and how many people come.

The reservation team currently have to click on the visitor, which will then open a new window, in order to find out which company the visitor is from
To see what company a Visitor is part of, you have to open the detailed form on that particular visitor.
i.e there is no quick and easy way to see what company a visitor is from in the Visitor List
