reduce the size of the info box on app
When booking a desk on the app, the info box at the bottom obscures a large art of the floor plan, if this could be reduced it would be easier to navigate the floor plan

Create mobile configuration settings so that the app can be preconfigured with the Condeco URL
We want to deliver the Condeco Desk Booking app to our staff via Intune, and would like to preconfigure the application with the Condeco URL. This can be done if the developers can add an application Configuration Setting for the URL. This would save our staff from having to type in the URL when they use the application, and prevent errors from occurring.

Add User PIN details to Mobile App
It will be good to include a user's PIN details in the profile section for Unified app so it's easy access for customers with hardware.

Be able to Self-Certify from the Web App + Making it required - Not Optional.
Self-Certification should be available from the Web Application in addition to the Mobile App.
Self-Certification should be required and not optional.
If Same Day Auto-Check-in is enabled, users should be prompted to self-certify when making the booking even though check-in is not required.
Change of name should be possible from Self-Certifications to Voluntary Self Certification or Self-Acknowledgement or something along those lines since it is currently optional.

Improved session management for mobile apps
oNo user can have concurrent login sessions. So if a user logs into the webapplication via SSO and then use the mobile application they must relogin.
So this can forces them to relogin to the mobile app multiple times a day. Can we have concurrent login sessions forthe web and mobile?44 votesHi!

If you’re on Evergreen, you will get the update automatically as part of your Evergreen schedule. Alternatively, you can raise a request using My Condeco to get the update.

Bookings made in managed groups from the mobile app to follow auto approval rule
We would like it so that a booking is automatically approved when a user makes a booking from the mobile app in a managed group which has the rule to auto approve if no services are added.

Mobile app - For Country field,Number of countries,Number of locations displaying in mobile app is not matching with number of countries,number of locations displayed in web app. More countries are dispalyed in Condeco Mobile app than Web and Room Finder.

Combine the Desks and Rooms mobile apps into a single app
Does Condeco plan on combining both desk and room booking apps? It's a bit tedious to toggle between two separate apps.

Start/end bookings from the app
Seems like a sensible idea to be able to start and end bookings using the app.
Provides someone another avenue to start the booking if the meeting has already started and they've forgotten to swipe in at the screen.5 votes -
