  1. Condeco logs available to the customer SIEM tools (ie Splunk via API?)

    Condeco Cloud collects various logs in relation to interactions the platform has undertaken with other systems and users. For example, who undertook what actions in the tool, who signed in and when, synchronisation to Exchange mailboxes, who requested meetings, who was invited, dates and times, SSO integrations and Office365 integrations, creation/deletion/configuration changes of meeting rooms, desks, user accounts etc.

    Most of these logs are not accessible to the end customers Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) toolsets (i.e. Splunk), and are stored alongside other Condeco customers log data. Because of this it is problematic for Condeco to extract data in…

  2. Retry or Queuing logic to handle events when the notification URL is unavailable

    There are times where the application hosting the notificationURL for a listener event goes down. Today the event logic fires a message to the notificationURL and does not check that the system received the message. To avoid missing events, it would be great if there was a failsafe mechanism that takes advantage of retrying and/or queuing the events in the event that the notificationURL does not respond to events sent to it.

  5. Need to have a field to specify requestor when creating visitor using Visitor API

    Currently there is no way to specify requestor when creating visitor using the API.
    After visitor is being created, a random user is assigned as the requestor, which does not make sense.

  6. API endpoints for data analytics

    Current API endpoints are not useful for data analytics purposes. For example /api/v1/deskBookings requires either deskId or userId

    So to get all desk bookings per day in order to analyse who is booking desks where, you have to write a process to get all deskids and then loop through them one by one, appending the results.

    It would be better to have endpoint which provides all desk bookings, with optional parameters as filters.

    This feedback would apply to pretty much every GET endpoint in the API

    We will be looking to allow Analytics customers to download the SQL data to their own data lake or read the data from our storage directly in PowerBI

  7. Condeco to segregate Delivery Point Groups from the other Groups in interface API

    At present, there is a need to presync delivery groups even though the delivery groups don’t come from Planon. With this request, the APIs will not touch delivery groups when they make any edits in the room hierarchy thus eliminating the need for presyncing delivery groups.

  8. API - Maximo direct integration {embedded in Condeco Enterprises}

    Background
    Currently the Condeco API only has a very limited data set passed with their notification API for a new booking, it is understood by Interserve that this API only contains:
    • The ID of the newly created booking
    • The date of the new booking
    For Maximo to be able to create the required work order containing details of the booking (location, date / time, requester etc) along with the associated services requested (refreshments, technical support etc) the current Condeco API would require Interserve to develop an interface to query two Condeco services:
    • BookingsGetBookingsByBookingIdV1
    • Vendor…

  9. Corsham - Meeting notification 15 mins prior

    Currently the system provides a meeting notification 5 minutes before the meeting. There is a requirement that this be extend to 15 minutes prior to meeting start. Given the size of the building this will allow the host to make their way to the meeting room.

  10. More than 50 characters for the username field

    It would be great, if more than 50 letters could be entered in the username field in the user profile. Some users have a longer first name or surname or double names. Consequently, these users could also enter their full name after raising the maximum number of characters.

    It would be good to have a connection between the Welcome Screen at the FrontDesk and Condeco to show the guests who is coming this day.
    Also information about the (place, time, date,..) can be shown there.

  12. We would like the ability to manually set permissions for users that won't be affected by syncs in AD Mapping

    We use the HR Feed to set permissions in Condeco via Active Directory but would still like to be able to manually set permissions for users beyond that.

    Currently, when a user has a manual permission set in Condeco, if a change occurs in Active Directory permissions are re-synced at the next run of HR Feed. This removes the manual permission set in Condeco.

    We would like the HR Feed to ignore permissions for users that have manual been set as "manual"

  13. We would like to have the HR feed to create new user accounts only when there is a new Username.

    We would like the HR feed to create new user accounts when only there is a new username (CommonID). Currently the HR feed creates new user account when there is a combination of new username and ADGUID. The current system by design is flawed as we have cases where people will be rehired and will have a new ADGUID but the same username (CommonID) hence creating duplicate user accounts. When a user has duplicate user accounts they will get errors and will not be able to complete bookings in the application. We currently have a non-ending effort to constantly clean-up…

  14. Can we build a small API/web service which interact with chat bot, take user inputs and book rooms on their behalf.

    We have requirement to integrate Resource booking room booing facility with one of our Chat bot. Basically, we are looking for if we can take user data from chat bot and feed it to RB using API/web service to make booking on behalf of end users
