  2. Allow QR code check-in on mobile and check-in from browser

    We would like the ability to use QR code check-in and check-in from browser. All employees don't have a work mobile device and we would like to avoid personal mobiles being used.

    When QR codes for check in was enabled in the Condeco application it automatically prevented check in from the web application. The intention was to prevent users from securing a resource unless they were physically in the office. However, some customers have fed back that not all users are able to gain access to the Condeco mobile application to check in.


    We have added a new checkbox to Global Setup that allows customers to enable the ability to check in to a resource from the web application even when QR codes are set up.

  3. Activate profile 'in office schedule' to monitor previous and current month

    Is it possible that “normal” employees can generate a report about their own office presence in the respective previous month

  4. Hovering over floorplan instead of ‘find a colleague’

    It would be nice to be able to hover over a floor plan to find where your colleagues are sitting.

    We have introduced the ability to see other colleagues bookings from the Mobile app. 

    "See who's in" has been added to the Today page that allows users to quickly view the default location and who is currently in the office. They can see the 'initial' icons to quickly identify team members and tap on the space to see the colleagues full name and space name. 

    Search has also been updated with these icons and information cards as well as 'Find your team'.

  5. Ability to easily book spaces for a team

    As the managers are planning on which employees will be required to come into the office on a particular day or week, they can quickly search their team, select employees and auto assign to an area or zone.

  6. Enable the self-certification disclaimer on the web version

    The return-to-office functionality includes a pop-up health disclaimer on the mobile app, but not on the browser version. This creates inconsistency and confusion for staff checking in.
    Can we have the disclaimer on all versions?

  7. Sort un-positioned desk icons into alphanumeric order.

    After a bulk upload ensure that desks are ordered in the list prior to them being dragged onto floor plans so that they are easy to find.

  9. Lock the default desk location and group in the user profile

    We would like to be able to give 'residents' 3 weeks booking notice on desks in their home neighbourhood, and everyone else 1 weeks booking notice. The system supports this based on a user's group in their default profile, however a user can go in to their profile and change the group to some other neighbourhood and gain 3 weeks rights on desks that they should only have the default 1 week rights.

    If there was a flag in the global settings that allows us to grey out the field in the user's profile, then we could populate this field…

  10. Display user profile information on mobile application

    When a user is registering their badge for the first time at the kiosk, most do not have a computer with them to get their PIN, but they often have their phones. Unfortunately, after logging into the mobile app, they can't see any of their profile information, only their default location settings. The mobile application should have a profile screen so a user can access / update their profile information and most importantly, get their PIN.

  11. Position of Close button on booking form

    Close button on the booking form should be visible in a more center location (currently it gets hidden by the "Post an idea" icon)
