Check availabilty/Book Space via QR Code or report issue
Currently the application supports QR Code Check-In capability. We would like to expand the capability of the QR Code to allow for the space to be booked in addition to check-in. This will provide a fuller experience for users allowing them to quickly reserve a space without going through steps to search for the space within the mobile app.

Users can now scan QR codes to check in and book spaces. If 'Report issue' feature is enabled they will also be able to 'Report an issue' with the scanned resource. Spaces QR codes can be scanned using Condeco app or native camera app if the 'https://condecoapp.condecosoftware.com/rid?' prefix is added. This full URL can be generated in Condeco reports.

We don't use check-in option so generating\printing a QR code would be helpful to quickly scan the code and see if the desk is avail for booking on the fly.

Using the QR camera functionality to open / redirect to a hyperlink so that you can report what equipment is not working on the desk or meeting room

Raise faults with desks using the condeco app: when a user encounters a fault with the IT equipment at a workstation they have booked they can hit a button in the App to raise a support email to IT or the administrator (or both) so that unusable desks can be blocked out until the repair is done.

QR code booking should be part of available booking functionality.

Very important for us - would allow ad-hoc bookings when staff forget or choose not to book in advance

We have lots of individual furniture settings and break out spaces with no booking screen so having a QR code to book would make life much easier for all.

QR codes - Allow the ability to use QR codes to check if a meeting room or desk is available if you don't have the room booking screens. So you need a meeting room and don't have room booking panels and need to see if the room as available or now. You scan a QR code outside of the room and it would show the room status. Available, if the room currently has a reservation and when it's available next.

Please can Condeco introduce the ability to BOOK a resource (room, desk etc) by the QR Code. We have open spaces i.e. huddles, tables dotted around that users wish to book. It's difficult to name each one without introducing lots of signage around the office and hard for the user to navigage through location, group etc. to find the individual tables/break out spaces. Much better if a QR code takes them straight to the resource to book it.

I would really like to underline this request.
In my department we a gaining to a 100% shared desk model. Especially for employees that forgot to book a desk, it would be a very smart solution to just book and check in with one action while walking across a vacant desk. -

Can you install a QR code outside each conf. room to show room number, room availability and who has the room booked?
