Zones: Mark 'Floor' field mandatory
Currently, when creating a new zone, the 'Name' field is marked mandatory (depicted by a red asterisk) while the 'Floor' field is not. However, when trying to save the zone without adding floor information, a corresponding error message pops up asking to fill out the floor field.
Therefore, it makes sense to add a red asterisk to the floor field as well to show that it is mandatory.

Search for a colleague
If you look for a colleague and then click on “View” you usually end up on the building plan and can then book. If the area is already fully booked, you can unfortunately not see where the colleague is on the map.

Summary tab for Desk Booking
This is similar feature we have in room booking where in we can see the who made the booking, when the booking was made, when it was edited, checked-in, released, etc. This feature or the capability to see the booking history would be a big help for the users/admins to a initial investigation for booking issues.

Remove fixed workspaces from booking grid
This is in reference to closed ticket # ENSD-56673 : Suppress fixed workspaces on booking grid. If fixed workspaces are uploaded in Condeco, they appear on the Booking Grid and get mixed in with the bookable spaces. It is not necessary nor useful to see the fixed seating assignments in the Booking Grid. We want the Booking Grid to show only bookable spaces (including flexi if they have been released).

Personal spaces Home page
There are tabs for Fixed personal space and Upcoming bookings; Flexi personal spaces are populated under the Fixed personal space. This is confusing. Would be more clear if there were three tabs: Fixed personal spaces, Flexi personal spaces and Bookable personal spaces.

Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days
Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days. Today it is only possible to close them for just one day or some days in a row. This simple improvement would allow clients to block zones or locations during holidays, scheduled maintenance, sanitization, etc.

Booking a Room should also be available on the home page and not having to close the todays page to book the rooms.
I believe you should be able to book a meeting room on top of personal spaces on the todays page on the desktop.

Setting Max Capacity
Client wants to be able to set a maximum capacity for reservations per day, so once we meet our reservation limit the system no longer allows for reservations

Non Default Group can book further in advance then Primary group
Secondary(Non Default Group) can book further in advance then the Primary group.
We have an Employees group and a Directors group. Majority of our desks are setup in Employees group. Employees are allowed to book 2 weeks in advance and Directors should be allowed to book 5 weeks in advance.
With current setup this is not possible; "Advance Period (Days) in Non-Default group cannot be greater than in Primary group."

Consistent Floor Map views across all menu options and mobile
when booking a desk from Today Page, Home Page, Find a Desk and the mobile app each shows a slightly different view of the floorplan and inconsitent labeling of desk meta data

"Imperative" vs. "wishes" attributes selection when booking
When booking a desk with imperative attributes (Mac Only for example), it appears with a star only, not very visible, in all the bookable desks. Some other search attributes are plus, not must haves. If a product doesn't exits in a search engine, the reply should specify it, but suggest other answers. "We haven't find a desk matching ALL your criterias, but we can offer you this..."

App should allow a user to log a fault within the app
If there is an issue with the desk, a user should be able to report this within the app so the desk is highlighted to an admin in order to fix/close

Fixed Desk being released when user changes their status
We assign fixed desks to workspaces such as offices that should only be used by one person while allowing others to find their location and status in the system. Currently fixed desks are being released to be reserved by others when the assigned user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely”. As we believe that this should be a functionality of a Flexi-Desk, I would like to request the trigger be removed so that when a fixed desk user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely that their desk is not be made available…

Visibility of open groups based on default country / region / location
Currently, open groups are visible to any Condeco user within a given tenant, regardless of their default country / region / location. This might lead to confusion, as e.g. German users don't necessarily need to see the open groups of USA or UK.
Instead, it would be great to have the possibility to restrict the visibility of an open group in a e.g. German location only to the users that have Germany set as their default country. This restriction could be extended until location level.
This way, you could provide groups that are accessible to a big number of users,…

The Desk should have a field for telephone extension field
Having this extra field would be very useful when the users search for colleagues and have to call them.

Edit desk attributes from floor plan
We want to be able to change the desk attribute from the floor plan, e.g. if you right click the green dot, as a global admin it would be helpful to change the attribute from this page, rather than locating via all the navigation menus.

Increase short term capacity by opening up booking rights
Increase short term capacity utilisation by allowing employees to book unused desks in other groups than the ones the user is assigned to by implementing a time stamp function for the admin. This would solve the problem that desks in some groups which are not booked will be opened up to other users let´s say 24/36/48 hrs in advance. The result is a maximisation of capacity utilisation - most fundamental to increase the efficiency of office space

Improved Floorplan Administration
It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?
Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.
