  1. Closing desk(s) messaging

    When a desk is closed, either via zone, resources or floorplan, a reason is prompted for and should be included in the subsequent email that is sent to the people who had just had their desk bookings cancelled.

  3. Additional status for Fixed desk resource

    We would like to suggest the addition of another status to the Condeco Desks fixed desk resource. Fixed desks in Condeco Desks can be assigned to a specific individual, however the only two statuses currently assigned to that seat type are:

    • Grey – fixed to the individual who the seat is assigned to, however this does not indicate if the space is being utilised by the respective individual.
    • Green – released by the assigned owner of the seat.

  4. Is there a way to block desk bookings if they do not meet the 24 hour notice

    We would like to ask our staff to book desks 24 hours before they attend the office, is there a way to block bookings that do not meet the 24 hour notice?

  5. Display Full floor name

    Display full floor name (as set in Location Admin) when floor is shown, i.e. My Bookings.

  6. Create a sanitisation task for all desk bookings

    I believe a sanitisation task is created for desks in certain scenarios, such as when a desk booking is deleted, bumped or released, and for block bookings. In the case of a booking being deleted or bumped this means a cleaning task is created even if the desk is not used. This seems reasonable as it is better to be cautious in the current climate.
    However for a booking that is not checked-in and not bumped, because the bump option is not enabled, a cleaning task is not created (or at least doesn't appear so) even though the desk was…

  7. Remove the need for a default floor

    We are trying to remove the concept that people belong to a particular floor but by having a default floor it is making this very difficult to change their mindset.

  8. Plot unbookable desk on floorplan

    Provide an option to plot unbookable desk with a red dot on the floorplan. This unbookable desk resource cannot have it's status changed, its sole purpose is to mark permanently closed desk on a floorplan.

  9. Uploading Group Configurations from Database with DCS

    Omnicom is requesting if its possible for us to upload the group configurations through the backend from the database with the DCS they provide, instead of the client having to do the Group configurations.

  10. Ability to setup shifts

    Currently can only book a desk am/pm or all day. Many back end offices have shift patterns with 3-4 shift slots a day.

    It would be helpful for the shifts to be specific to an individual/team or the space/group.

  11. Set Release Periods via API for Fixed/Flexi Desks

    Currently the API allows for release of a reserved desk but you cannot release a fixed/flexi desk. Either DeskBookingUpdateDeskBookingV1 needs to be updated to support fixed/flexi release or a new endpoint is required to set 'Release Period' for fixed/flexi desks.

  13. Prevent PM booking from getting bumped

    When a AM/PM booking is created in one booking transaction for the same desk, this results in the bumping of the PM slot if the AM slot is not checked in by user. However, if same desk bookings are created separately as AM and PM slots respectively and user does not check in to AM slot, PM slot stays. Can a setting be introduced to prevent the first scenario from happening?

  15. Weekends + Booking of Desks

    Would be great if we could book desks on the weekend if needed without the app automatically defaulting and assuming everyone in working on the weekend. We have assigned seats, and given this it defaults to working 7 days a week, as we chose the functionality of being able to book a desk on the weekend.

  17. Additional user settings above those set by the group

    Enabling an option to override group settings at a user level (similar to overriding number of days users can book a desk).

    For example, managers who move between offices and need a desk booked in advance in more than one location, without enabling this function for all users. Another would be switching off the mandatory requirement to sign in for some users without needing to give them a fixed desk.

  18. Per-Day Restriction (of Booking) on Employee

    1) The ability to allow the administrator to define when a desk resource is available based on a selective day of the week.

    2) The ability to allow the administrator to define a roster on when an employee is able to return to the office on a particular day of the week.

  20. Automate the process of setting the desk resource from “Awaiting Sanitization” to “Available”

    Hoping to have a function where the Desks will automatically change the state to “Available” at a predefined (e.g., 12 am / 0000H) daily so that employees can then search and book the desks.
