  1. Book personal desks via Microsoft Teams

    Please add the functionality to book desks within Microsoft Teams.

    Right now you are working at a Teams integration for meeting rooms but this would also highly improve the user experience for personal desk bookings when users can book their desks via MS Teams.

  2. Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'.

    Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

  3. Hovering over floorplan instead of ‘find a colleague’

    It would be nice to be able to hover over a floor plan to find where your colleagues are sitting.

  4. Change the landing page after the Today Page to Desk Booking instead of Room Booking

    Desk booking is used by more colleagues, more frequently than room booking, so having it as the first landing page would be a better user journey overall.

    We have altered the Today page to be part of the main application. This means users will still have 'Today' as their landing page, but they can go straight to Personal spaces afterward using the left navigation bar, rather than requiring users to 'Close' the Today page and be taken to the 'Meeting spaces' home page.

  5. Rerouting to Parking layout

    Rerouting to Parking layout after booking a personal space. E.g., if someone books a personal space, he should be getting a pop-up to book a parking space as well rather than going back to select the floor. This means after receiving the notification of Desk has been booked, it should ask for "Do you need to book a Parking" with the option YES or NO.   6. Set "favorite" spaces so that they can be booked quickly

    Ability to set a list of favorite spaces such as desks, and rooms, and book from the list quickly.
