Vacant Desk psaces
If a person does not turn up and check into a desk then can the desk be reopened to be used by another person. at present if a booked desk is not checked into by 0900 it locks the desk under awaiting cleaning.
this is a major issue as people are booking blocks of desks and not turning up which limits desk spaces for other wanting to come into the office. can a text be sent to the person that boks a seat if not checked into by 0900 and if no reply or a booking cancelation is received can the desk space be reopened?
